Hi, my name is Paul Walker. I work with the teams in Formula 1 and have a particular speciality in improving pitstop performance. I worked the 2017 and 2018 seasons with Williams and the 2021 and 2022 seasons with Haas.
Paul Walker MEng PhD — Founder & Director
Paul competed internationally in pole vault for Wales and Great Britain for 15 years, finishing fifth at two Commonwealth Games (Delhi 2010, Glasgow 2014); he still holds the Welsh indoor record. He holds a First Class MEng in Aeronautical Engineering and a PhD in Sports Technology from Loughborough University. Since 2017 he has led pitstop performance at Williams and Haas F1, directed the Swim62, Row400 and Walk1000 endurance missions in Abu Dhabi — including two Guinness World Records and the Emirate-wide Active Abu Dhabi campaign — and served as Coaching Director at Hintsa Performance Middle East.
