ONE-TO-ONE COACHING

What got you here won’t get you through what’s next.

Most high performers don’t need more motivation. They need a way of working that fits the next stage: a new role, the end of a career, more responsibility, or a life that’s changed around them. I help athletes and leaders build performance that lasts through those transitions.

Who it’s for

People in transition

Stepping back from an executive role, leaving sport or changing direction, and wanting to perform on your own terms.

Senior leaders

High output, high stakes, little margin, and the basics (sleep, energy, focus, family) are the first things to slip.

Athletes

In season, coming back from injury, or working out what comes next.

What I hear most

“I’m busy all the time but not moving the things that matter.”

“I know what I should be doing. I just can’t make it stick.”

“My energy and sleep are the first things to go.”

“I don’t know who I am without the sport, or the job.”

“I need to be at my best for one big moment.”

What we work on

  • Mindset: how you think and decide under pressure
  • Body and behaviour: sleep, movement, nutrition and recovery
  • Relationships: the people you lead and live with
  • Environment: the systems and routines around you

How it works

  • Two sessions a month: the first 90 minutes, then 60
  • Online via Teams, or in person
  • WhatsApp messages and voice notes between sessions
  • A short written report after every session
  • Strengths profiles to start
  • No long-term commitment. Stop at any time.

Questions people ask

Is this therapy?

No. It’s performance coaching. If something needs clinical support, I’ll tell you and help you find it.

Do I need to be an athlete?

No. The principles come from sport; the application is your life and work.

How long do people work with you?

As long as it’s useful. There’s no minimum term, and we’ll review progress together and decide whether to keep going.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on the shape of the work. We’ll talk it through in the first conversation, with no obligation.
